This is a agreement between You, the person agreeing to the terms contained in this document ("You" "Your" or "Customer"), and Snap On Optics LLC ("Our" or "Company"). Only the managing member(s) of Snap On Optics LLC has the ability to modify this agreement. You agree to the risk-free trial offer terms and authorize Snap On Optics to charge your account/credit card for the amount listed in the box labeled, “Grand Total”. Your Risk Free 45-Day Trial of the SNAP ON Loupe Light is a trial period of 45 days. Your 45 day trial period begins when you receive the product. Receiving any additional packages does not reset your trial period. If You want to return any product, call the Snap On Optics factory at (602) 272-0827 Mon-Fri 9AM-5PM Mountain Time within your 45-day trial period and request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Do not email or call sales representative please call our office. Call yourself. We can only speak to the person who originally placed the order. We will issue you an RMA number. RMA numbers are valid for 10 days from the time of issue. Product must be sent with original receipt received at the time of purchase for refunds. Once we have received the product and if the product is determined by us at our sole discretion to be in like new condition, without any scratches, and in its original box & packaging, we will refund you the full amount of your purchase minus shipping and handling costs. All products returned that are damaged, contaminated or missing any parts will not be refunded and returned to sender. Products received without RMA will also be returned to sender. The cost of shipping is $20. Cost of shipping (Minimum of $20) will not be refunded. Each time shipping return label is provided, additional $20 shipping and handling fee will be charged. Please fax any supporting documentation to 602 272 0827. Do not email. If we do not receive the necessary information including loupe type, your order could be delayed. Snap On Optics shall not be responsible for any items sent to our facility without our written consent. No refunds shall be made 45 days after initial product delivery. In case parts need to be replaced under warranty, You are required to send back the old defective part with in one week of receiving the replacement. Not doing so will result in a charge of one hundred dollars for each light, battery or loupe. After the warehouse receives your return, it generally takes 5 business days to process your return. You will be sent a check by US postal mail for the refund amount. In the event of payment default, you agree to pay all cost of collection, including attorney fees, collection fees, and contingent fees to collection agencies of not less than 35% of the delinquent balance, such contingency fee to be added and collected by the collection agency immediately upon our referral of your account to the collection agency of our choice. PPE products such as face shields, masks and goggles are non-refundable
